  • Guest：My family liked this hotel very much. We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt there was room for improvement in every area. The room and hotel was very clean but there were some stains on the bedding and towels. The hotel was on 42nd street but just a little too far from the main action. The hotel provided good services but we had to call multiple times for towels. Overall we’d still recommend the hotel very highly.
  • Guest：Did not appreciate too much the 30$ daily destination fee per person which was a surprise to us.
  • Guest：Good location near main view points and subway breakfast is so so.
  • Guest：Security deposit is not credited back to me even after check out.
